Terms and Conditions

Delivery time

Based on 50% deposit and final artwork approval (whichever is the latest is considered the commencement date).

• In house embroidery and printing turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from final artwork approval.
• Australian Made custom sublimated items take 4-6 weeks from final artwork approval.
• Off shore sublimated items take 8-10 weeks from final artwork approval.
• Balance prior to delivery of goods. GST: 10% gst is to be added in all cases.

Freight

To be confirmed per order.

Sign off

All quotes/orders and artwork approvals are to be signed off by someone of authority.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that there may be a manufacturing fault, ZBR Zibara will happily replace the product, if a replacement can’t be fulfilled, a refund will be given. Please see returns policy.

Logos

We require a JPEG file for embroidery and Original EPS/PDF for printing/sublimation.

Returns

ZBR Zibara will not offer a refund or return if you simply change your mind. Goods will only be refunded if faulty and no replacement is available.

Please follow the procedure below if your item is faulty or unusable

• If goods you receive are damaged in transport and you will not accept delivery please sign consignment note ‘GOODS DAMAGED NOT ACCEPTABLE’
• If you receive a consignment with a package missing please mark consignment note ‘ONE (1) PARCEL MISSING’
• A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER is to be obtained from ZBR Zibara prior to any goods returned.
• ZBR Zibara will not pay for freight on any returned goods.
• All claims for damages must be notified to ZBR Zibara within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. Any notification after this period will not be entitled to be credited.
